• By creating a user account or using the Rudrastra Services confirms your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service (“ToS”). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the "Platform" and its usage is referred to as "Service". If you do not agree with these ToS, you should not create an account, or access or use the Platform or any Rudrastra services for any purpose.

Accounts

• You represent and warrant that all information you provide in connection with the creation of an account with our Platform (“Account”) is accurate and true. You agree that, if any Account information changes, you will update your account to maintain accurate information.
• In connection with Your creation of an Account, you will create a Username and Password (“Credentials”). You agree that you will not distribute your credentials to any other person or entity unless notified to us or granted the access by us. You agree that you will not transfer, sub-license, sell, or assign Your rights in your account to any other person or entity.
• Rudrastra reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason. If your account is terminated, Rudrastra has no obligation to retain any data associated with your account.

Limitations of Use

• This service is intended for Law & Enforcement Agencies, Investigative agencies or individuals who work for, or assist law enforcement agencies in India. You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You may not use our services in any manner that (1) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, or otherwise objectionable, (2) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal or other offense.
• The information obtained from Rudrastra is not admissible in Court of law.

Responsibilities

• You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and content while using the Service and for any consequences thereof. Your use of the Service must be in accordance with the ToS. You also must maintain confidentiality regarding the products and services of Rudrastra . You shall not use the services or information for any personal or commercial purposes.

Payments

• Rudrastra does not store or process any payment information of any type. Instead, we employ independent and reputable third-party payment processors to process the information. Rudrastra reserves the right to change the pricing of credits at any time without any notice. Credits purchased on Rudrastra are valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase and cannot be extended post-expiry period.

Information (or) Data

• Rudrastra may aggregate publicly (openly) available information from the internet (social networks or other sources). The information provided “as is” or “as available”. We do not evaluate each piece of information provided and make no guarantee about the accuracy, legitimacy, or legality of any information or how recently any information was collected or updated. You agree that there are no warranties or guarantees whatsoever regarding the information provided. Further, you agree to rely on the information available at Your own risk. The Public Information may include photos obtained from social network profiles. We take no responsibility for these photos.

Indemnity

• You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Rudrastra , its directors, employees, its vendors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, violation of these ToS or any other actions connected with use of our services, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, Rudrastra will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.

No Liability

• In no event will Rudrastra , its officers, directors, employees, parents, affiliates, successors or assigns, be liable to any party (i) for any indirect, direct, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary, special, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such; (ii) loss of business, profits, business information, or business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss. Rudrastra reserves the right, at any time, in Rudrastra sole and exclusive discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate any services, information or content, or any part thereof, and/or Your use of or access to them, with or without notice. Rudrastra shall have no liability to You or any other person or entity for any modification, suspension, or termination, or any loss of related information.

Warranty

• a) YOUR USE OF RUDRASTRA SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, LOSS OF DATA, DAMAGE RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION FROM RUDRASTRA , OR OTHER DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM OBTAINING ANY CONTENT FROM THE WEBSITE INCLUDING COMPUTER VIRUSES) EVEN IF RUDRASTRA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR IS AWARE OF THE RISK OF SUCH DAMAGE. THE INFORMATION AND THE CONTENT PRODVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND RUDRASTRA SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
• b) NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE PROVIDED ON RUDRASTRA, BY RUDRASTRA, OR BY RUDRASTRA'S EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY.
• c) RUDRASTRA MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, COVENANT, OR GUARANTEE WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED:
  1. AS TO THE VALUE, QUALITY, TIMELINESS, USEFULNESS, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, SUITABILITY, TRUTHFULNESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF RUDRASTRA, THE SERVICES, THE INFORMATION, OR THE CONTENT;
  2. THAT RUDRASTRA WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE;
  3. THAT RUDRASTRA, THE SERVICES, THE INFORMATION, OR THE CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS;
  4. AS TO THE QUALITY OR VALUE OF ANY OF RUDRASTRA'S PRODUCTS, SERVICES, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL YOU PURCHASE OR OBTAIN VIA THE WEBSITE; OR
  5. THAT ANY ERRORS ON RUDRASTRA WILL BE CORRECTED.
